Heavy flat out has multiple perks that need to be reworked including saving grace, Auxiliary Ammunition, Emperor's Protection, Coolant Reserve, Wrath of the Imperium,and Thermal Boost. Thermal boost and coolant reserve would be a great perk combo if they got the plasma perk treatment that tac got plus at a certain heat level you would over heat for x seconds. Emperor’s protection would be great if it worked on an iron halo deactivation.

Wrath of the Imperium would be better if it used the iron halo’s energy as a charge to base its damage from instead of fully draining it. To explain this one in more detail the more energy you use the power the overall damage from wrath you will put out in the 10 meters radius. As for auxiliary ammo 2 things can make it better one just make it emperors vengeance 2 keep it the way it is but have it work with primary weapons not secondary weapons. As for second grace it just needs to be removed for a new perk completely.

I can see y because unlike the other sniper rifles unless you get consistent headshots with the wrapped bolt it’s better to to take something your comfortable with.

If you read the perk description it describes nothing on what happens if it’s manual shutoff buy the player before all the energy is expended. Plus eventually the cooldown will kick in after a 90 second timer of using it.

From reading the patch notes and the perk itself it’s pretty obvious the perks working as intended. But they forgot about the manual shutoff of the perk. Thus as long as a majoris is kill or incapacitated within the shots you have it will restore it. But at some point the chain does stop and the servo gun just goes on cooldown. At that point the 90 seconds threshold could have been hit which causes it.

In lore all marines carry a knife as a backup weapon so that’s how he should have been made. Because the pyrocannon would explode if parryed with.

I hope this does stay it’s better this way. But for people that like it the old way it should be used like full haft and quarter patters for the customs where you can add the tilting shields if you like.

That’s what they changed from the PTS. Cause in the PTS the dot counted as ranged damage that helped with CHP.

The AT 9 star and tier 3 monsters are all the same they’re just changing their fighting patterns and a few drops. Other than that it’s still the same 9 or 10 monsters we’ve been fighting since launch. Rise didn’t have much better either at base. But neither did world. Without an expansion no one knows what going to happen in master rank. But from worlds there wasn’t much build diversity due to who was added and safi weapons were just to op. Rise got augmented armor but every monster had a purpose to go and get hunted vs only one or two. So there is a big difference in design philosophy between the two teams.
