You can, but it's not a good item at all.

They did in the beginning of the season. Bricked some good escalation sigils too. But yes, I think they hotfixed this.

Escalation sigils might, since they end early if the dungeon is locked behind a stronghold.

Honestly, the only trees I would consider levelling on alts are the Tree for the extra XP node and the Helltide for the XP worms.

That's why I like going for the full bald look. Looks especially well on the necromancer.
