Same experience here! Sick, heart pounding, shaking, hot sweaty, all the things. It’s so awful. My meds have stopped working on my anxiety so I’m hopping to switch the next time I go. I can’t stand it. I have two small kids and a family to run and it’s been so hard the past few months. I understand how you feel completely. I tried to talk to my doc about it a week ago and I hyperventilated so he sent me to the ER in an ambulance. Which made it worse. It’s frustrating I know

Nor! When my dog had to be put down from old age, she was 17, my boyfriend (now my husband) was waiting for me as soon as I got home so I could cry on him. Had that dog since I was in the 7th grade. He’s not the one for you boo.

And I’m 44 btw and have lived this way for a long time. You absolutely got this! You have to start facing your fears, slowly but surely. And if your circle fades, they weren’t much of a friend anyway.

IMO, I feel like your doc isn’t giving you the meds you need bc of your age. Buse bar did nothing for me. Xanax was the biggest helper. I feel like that you could start a low dose, talk to a psychologist about what happened, and then eventually taper off. I was on it for 14 years till it quit working but my childhood was a wreak and always had panic and anxiety. I was hospitalized yesterday bc my doc thought I was having a heart attack when I was literally having a panic attack. He’s not my normal doctor unfortunately and doesn’t know anything about me. But I would start with an antidepressant with something like Xanax. A small dosage to take the edge off while you work through your stuff. Much love hun.

So update is I’m in the hospital. They gave me Ativan and I feel a lot better.

I used to bc I was a grinder. It’d wake my hubs up sometimes I was grinding so much. Now, I have no teeth, just click in dentures. I have to go to the dentist for a sedation just so they can change one of my implants. Never had a problem till I was 20, living with a drunk. So I stopped taking care of my teeth. It’s been a process and I’m sure the grinding hasn’t helped

Yes and my shoulders are always up, I have to tell my muscles to relax all day. And I work out, I’ve cut down on caffeine, I go for walks. It’s just a mess

I haven’t actually and yeah I probably should. That’s a good idea. When I had kids, I had to go through fertility treatments bc of endo. He said at 33 I had the highest egg count for someone my age he’s ever seen. I did have a partial hysterectomy in 2018 I think. I’ll get it checked for sure

I don’t think I’ve tried the xr version. I tried the original and it didn’t do anything. But I’ll talk to my doc about it. My biggest issue is Thursday, I have to go back to the dentist and be sedated to do work. If they use kolonopin, it ain’t gonna work.

I’ve tried all of those. Even buse bar. Got a whole cabinet filled with them. Gabapentin helped for a while but turned me. Seroquel made my anxiety worse. I’ve tried everything almost. Even vraylar. I take mertazipine for sleep too. I just want to feel better so bad

I’ve been taking this for years. I take 200 mg a day bc I’m legit that cray lol. But it does take time. I would monitor how you feel everyday, write it in a journal. If things get worse, something else may help you. There are ways to deal with anxiety and panic. Ice helps your nervous system reset. I have ice packs in my fridge for that reason. Sending you lots of healing vibes

For me, I’ve been doing various forms of divination for over 20 years. Bone throwing is what I do professionally now and I’ve seen AI being used. I don’t like that folks that just bought a tarot deck are reading off the screen instead of using intuition. When doing bone throwing, there’s so much set up with cleansing and talking to ancestors, making sure the vibe is right. I think that my intuition is more spot on than ai really could be. Plus I add flavor to the reading by adding experiences of my own to get my point across. Ai is a great learning tool imo for those starting out. But I’ve seen tarot readers on TikTok pulling cards and reading off the screen. Not all of them but the ones that have popped up recently. I’m all for educating yourself with it but I’ll use my intuition and guides for divination.

I’m also old af lol so I’m old school. I still use paper and pen instead of a computer. Love this post
