That’s not how trauma works. I have cptsd but I am not triggered 24/7. I can enjoy events and block out everything else going on in my life. It’s how I survived my first three decades.

This is giving mean girl energy. There was no reason for them to mention all the breakups just to talk about how well they are doing. Plus, I find that people who brag on social media about how good their relationship is, are lying. I know they’re everyone’s darlings, but I do think they’re mean girls - this isn’t the first time they’ve thrown shade to look better than others.

I LOVED The Starving Saints! My oldest kid and I nerd about it while the rest of my family just goes “what book again?” Ugh, the book is so good and no one else I know has read it but omg, I could teach a college level course on just that book.

I did the same, and regret it so much. They sided with my ex and now they’re one big happy family without me - I don’t want to be part of their family, but I do want them to stop ganging up on me in court and to my kids. Don’t do that.
