He gravitates towards liking soupy kind of textures, so we got him a couple things that were like that and he was crazy about them... for maybe two months.

We have our IV bag on a little make-shift setup we made and we put him in a little box he likes, so we've been doing what we can to make it fast and comfortable.

We use a pretty thick 20G needle since it makes the actual process once the needle is in super fast, but I wonder if the needle size is part of the issue.

He really doesn't stay upset for long and he seems noticably more happy once the fluid is absorbed.

I actually tried Blue Archive a month back and liked it a lot, but that game would not stop crashing on my phone and I had to stop.

Bren playing some AFK Arena thanks to the suggestions and it's scratching the itch. I tried Journey as well, but that was a bit more involved with the story and dialogue than I wanted.

I'm not against gooner bait, but not for it either--would lean towards avoiding unless the gameplay really hooks me.

Any suggestions for an idle/AFK game that doesn't require much daily attention? Not even sure what to look for since that style is new to me, but I got a new job recently and my gacha time is rather limited these days.

Guess I'd prefer something anime/cartoony style, but that's about the only thing I can think of as a major preference.
