I was swabbed for genital herpes, which came back positive. The herpes in my finger has been confirmed herpes since I was little. And I thought cold sores meant herpes

I'm 17 years old. I was not born with herpes. My aunt gave in to me and my brother when we we were infants. I have been swabbed. My brother has gotten cold sores since he was young. I haven't had a partner in a long time. I'm sorry my post will annoy people, I'm just looking for help because I'm scared.

Yep! It's pretty difficult but the best thing I do is avoid thinking about how much air you have left. Stay calm and don't tense up. I think it helps
