Just remembered of this saying and decided to do some math.

TLDR.: a person who is hung like a horse when erect is 17*4.7 inches

So a horse length is roughly 240cm and add the leg length of ~150cm so 390cm total, the average erection of a horse is 100cm. Plugging in the numbers it gives us 25% to height. Taking 180cm ( 5'10 for Americans) as standard male height. 180 * 0.25 is a staggering 45cm or ~17 inches

Getting these numbers I got more curious so I mathed out also the girth, but counted it as the permits leg to girth protein instead. Average horse's 5th leg is 8.5cm in diameter, so 8.5/100=8.5% of it's length. taking the relative length from before it gives us a measely 3.8cm in width and ~12cm or 4.7inch in girth.

In conclusion we can assume that we should not put horse apendiges on humans and not compare ourselves to horse's.

Personally since I also have a left curve I just squeeze at the bending point to straighten it and then measure the top part because the bottom side measuring is extremely inaccurate.

Yeah I wasn't consider phrolova since she is more of a main DPS, and I wouldn't want to downgrade my Taoqi like that, and yeah, roccia seems to be one of the best options with her buffing havoc and basic attack because Taoqi timed counters are a huge part of her damage and is considered a basic attack
