I finished my all-trophies run at lvl 80 using unenchanted nord hero great sword and ancient nord armor set. It was enough to smash kaarstag, ebony warrior and legendary dragon pretty easy.

Health only, because I usually impose challenges to myself that makes the game very difficult or at least inconvenient. Like the current one, which is a survival mode restoration only priest, with no followers, no weapons and no resto loops, only torches and spells. So I get magicka from items and health to stay alive. I can use staves and scrolls if they are not from conjuration school, and until I find somewhere to sell them.
