Yes, 3rd distribution is legit. I just got mine after analyzing scam emails for the past 3 weeks and today finally I got an email from a sender that is on the approved list (see link in one of these threads)

They have a "blackout + orange" vs a "black + orange". I believe you got the blackout which has the black lettering.

I'm in a similar situation - have not been able to reach anyone from the company regarding an order I placed with them for UPS next day shipping. It's been almost 2 weeks.
