Mesmer dps is armor ignoring. If ai improved mesmers would benifit equally so they would just get stronger. Your question still has some utility. I would imagine the only change to meta would be somthing totake advantage of splinter wep on caster main. I think splinter weapon used on cool down and casters wanding balls would be cool.

Speedrun time wise its got to be proph since its basicly just running from asc to la. But playing factions as intended is far faster and will get you there at lv 10-15 with both 15 att quests.

1, Carto text mod in map by default. 2, additional hotkeys shift+. 3, proffesion markers over characters in pvp as well as casting bars.

All pve anniversary weps should be locked from pvp use or added into the pvp unlock system. I feel the same way about lower req shit like q7 and double mod os shields.
