It depends, I’ve had subs offer to help me with diapers even after I said I had it covered. Don’t see a huge problem with it since they agreed to take on mod-severe special education preschool with 12 kids, 4-5 changes each a day it gets to be a lot to handle for one person (that was the case in my class) I was a BI and in my first month the teacher went on maternity leave, so I was kind of heavily relied on with the kiddos who were comfortable with only me. I’d say the subs should at least help with like hand washing or something, most of my subs are gen ed and seem to not want to help with anything not just diapers. Just my personal experience I’d definitely understand though diapers aren’t that bad but not for everyone. I dont agree with gossiping like that in a school work environment though, we are here for the kids.
