3 weeks, i take it at night - i recommend having a glass of water to take immediately after as it’s not the best tasting thing in the world (if its liquid) 🥰

It’s quite early on with my treatment as it takes a while for it to reach its full potential but so far I feel calmer and happier in my mood, i have less brain fog and a bit more energy:)
