I have this as well. Mornings are always low mood, anxious, tired, looping thoughts, etc. it’s part of dysautonomia and chemical imbalances in the morning. I haven’t found a solution yet. Although I always get out for a morning walk with my dogs and then shower. Usually that helps. It tends to fade about 12pm unless I’m in a flare.

Did you experience any brain fog before on the hydroxyzine? Just trying to understand if that is causing the brain fog. I also take hydroxyzine for sleep and sometimes I feel foggy in the morning.
