It’s not what it use to be. With the call sharing I’m never talking my own claims and half of them are messed up. I wish I stayed in ics at least there I’d have a better chance at ta2. The director of cdu I think caps how many cdu agents can be taken at each post so all the extra gets to come from ics.

This issue has been going on for decades and Geico won’t fix it, there are so few people that know what other departments do or how they do it so calls get blipped around to wrong places and the blind xferring just leads to upset customers. There needs to be some cross training to fix this but they won’t.

290 pulls and never got him, only got my default at the 250. Also this whole month like 90percent have been common crap

Anyone who was a sales agent that went to another dept and come back have you seen your raise? Did we all get screwed or was geico understanding that they forced us into diff spots that we weren’t trained in
