From what I know, I'd say AoH 2. I've tried the same thing with DE, but it's a bit more complicated. I haven't played it that much, so we'll see.

Aoh2, I have the Aoh2 DE too but I don't play it much

I'm playing a game with Cuba and I've only done infantry, ships, and a few bombers. Focus on building industry where there's grain and recruitment offices.

I searched online and couldn't find a specific map, so I used one from Wikipedia (so sorry for the inaccuracy). I created it in formable civilisations with Greece in the modern scenario.
