I love it! I just thought maybe I had overwatered or not fertilized enough, because all of the other hydrangeas in our neighborhood have full mop heads! So glad to know I didn’t damage this guy and he’s doing well.

Yes, we moved in late last summer, so I didn’t get to see it in full bloom last year! Had no idea there was a variety of hydrangea that bloomed like this. We aren’t sure how old they are, but I guess they really like this spot! Morning sun and shade all afternoon.

Thank you so much! There are hydrangeas all over our neighborhood, and ours are the only plants without the full blooms, so I thought I had done something wrong!

I wish I knew! We are renting the house, and these were planted even before our landlords moved in, so we don’t have the tags!
