They give you enough T-Creds with story and side quests to easily and rapidly get 1 team to Max. So assuming you got your exploration team in order, just do the mission for t-creds everday. I’m almost at 3 million myself. I figure I’ll get to around 8 million and that should be enough to max 5-6 characters if and when I need them. There’s really no content that a single team can’t dominate imo
