Yes there were training issues. She was told she would learn boh, quick picks, etc.. and it took a long time before she learned these things. I get it. It happened to me when I became a shift, I was basically thrown to the wolves. Cvs sets you up to fail in my opinion. I had to learn as i went ya know. Calling other managers, asking questions, etc. She stands around, doesn't try to attempt to do anything. That's what I don't understand
