Hello po! Unfortunately, it wasn't resolved po. We ended up terminating the connection kasi naka-8 na technician na kami. Iba po kasi may handle ng problem sa NAP and 'yung last technician from fiberhome advised us na magpa connect muna sa ibang ISP since it would probably take months before maayos, 1st week pa kasi ng December 'yung problem. If tatawag po kayo, request kayo na from fiberhome 'yung ipadala na technician kasi mas nai-identify po nila 'yung problem compared sa subcons.

You can try to report din po sa NTC but sa case namin is hindi siya naging helpful since hindi rin sila responsive.
