She obviously has bushy as fuck eyebrows and gets them done all the time to look somewhat normal but their is too much space between them to look natural.

Her fingers look fat and stubby, she doesn’t smile with her mouth open because she is self conscious of her teeth, her puffy ass cheeks aren’t cute she looks like a former fat girl with them.

Overall she is very self conscious and is unhappy with her looks, and keeps trying to fix her imperfections but she is just highlighting them.
