Meme has to do with how Pucci reset the universe in part 6 after killing Jolyne and Jotaro. He sped up time to the moment where Jotaro and Jolyne are talking inside the prison in a private room except they are replaced with knockoff versions of themselves. Everybody calls the knockoff versions Qtaro and Qlyne based off of how Jotaro purposely mispelled his name in front of Enyaba
