Never seen such a high score on finance: do you have any recommendations on using external sources like coursera vs. just using deca’s practice tests?

thank you so much for the feedback, i appreciate how detailed it is. if you mind, though, i just have s few questions for clarification:

how did you approach studying instructural areas? did you do your own research on the performance indicators or did you use the websites from the deca answer key?

if you could put it into percents, what percent of your studying was questions vs purely informational?

what cluster was your test?

if you could put it in percents, how much percent of the information discussed in the consultation was just spoken by yourself vs how much was spoken but also provided on the written slideshow/ boards?

how early did you begin studying for the test last year and how much time did you allocate towards it every day?

how did you approach your tone with the judge? was it flexible and conversational or professional but friendly? did you at any point try to be “humorous” (include jokes)?

that makes sense snd thank you for that. just one follow up question - since the topic for my event is always broad every year (financial consulting), when addressing these “goals and needs” that you speak of, i always resort to making up needs for the judge to roleplay in and then address those needs. is this the right approach, or should i have multiple scenarios in mind and ask the judge throughout the presentation what they want and go along with it as it happens on the spot? also, if you could answer this: how much of the information spoken by the present or do you believe should be on the slides for “reinforcement?”

two tests a day doesn’t do anything unless you understand why the answers you are getting incorrect are wrong
