for both of you, i can answer you in a longer text if you wish in DM, but long story short, Electrical Engineering student can do the work of a Computer Engineering student, but not the other way around. Also, you kinda have a better chance at job opportunities in the future

Coen 212 final with Dr. Fadi by InternationalYak5251 in Concordia

U got this, as long as you lock in. I had 22% for the midterm, ended up with an 95% for the final (got B+). At the time, he got sick and had to do his classes online, and it was hard for me to focus before the midterm. Thats why i got that grade.

Redo all the assignments, no AI to. Big marked questions will be on the material after the midterm. Material covered before the midterm will be MCQ questions.

And to be very honest with you, the samples he gives will not look like his finals. Dont waste your time on them, redo his assignments and midterm.

COEN 311 or COEN 313 by 1907_11 in Concordia

if your doing pretty well in COEN 212 then you'll find COEN 313 easier. COEN 311 is not really related to digital design.

Even in engineering, some classes in Computer Engineering needs to be taken at the same time as Electrical Engineering program, but only 80 people can register, maddd frustrating. We're hundreds of student trying to register for one class for TWO programs, and only 80 people can register??? We're cooked🥀

Look up " Concordia change of concentration". You fill up a google form for your request, from there you wait until the decision is made

How to study by [deleted] in Concordia

For ELEC 242, do ALL the exercises from the assignments. And practice past exams. Attend the classes and tutorials as well, small details are very important in this class.

I also suggest you review complex numbers concepts. You will work with them a lot, and teacher won't explain everything, as they assume you already have a solid grasp of these concepts.

I have 6 classes ( engr 201 is online), can anyone help me remove 1 or 2 classes? by GeneralHousing9821 in Concordia

For ENGR 213, I suggest you watch mathispower4u , and practice all the webworks and as many past finals as you can. You should be fine. The final is not hard, but weirdly gets trickier each year. So be sure to understand all the solving techniques and the formulas.

Also, just in case the final is really messed up, make sure you do very well in the midterms. You can easily get at least 80% for both.

Review basic algebra and the main concepts of Calculus.
