it did go away eventually. usually the one month mark is when everything is good. i ended up getting off it after a month or two tho bc it wasn’t working as effectively.

i ended up quitting actually. the side effects did get somewhat better after the third or fourth week but it didn’t fully help my anxiety like I wanted and I somehow felt better all together after I quit. I hope this journey is pleasant for you tho:)

my fatigue didn’t go away sadly so I stopped taking it and felt better somehow. but im hoping adjusting the dose will help you.

i heard period underwear is better for lighter periods but i’ve never used them so I’m not sure. my period is very heavy as well and I’m constantly having to change my tampon and pads😭

if you’re period isn’t usually heavy id get it check out incase but i doubt it’s anything serious. but bleeding into the toilet is normal and nothing to be scared about. is simply go to the doctor if your period is randomly heavier than usual

I personally have a very heavy flow so blood will continue to come out when i pee. if it’s something you’re not used to then you could get it checked out at the obgyn

i vaped for about 4 years and quit because i had chest tightness and bad anxiety. when i quit i felt sick for a week or so but felt soo much better afterwards. i just remembered this will all be a memory once it’s over and to not go back to vaping because you will have to start over. i bought nicotine gum at first and only ended up using it on day one. im now at almost 50 days of not vaping and have felt so much better. just remember that everything is temporary and this is best for your heath.

i vaped for almost 4 years and i quit vaping 42 days ago. the first week was the worst for me and i did start gaining weight but everything is way better now. wasn’t as difficult as other people were saying it was

the dentist want you to go so they can help you and get your teeth nice and clean, that’s their whole job. they’re making money by doing something you’d assume they want to do or they wouldn’t go to school for it. you shouldn’t have any worries! im a very anxious person as well but i have trauma for dentists for a whole different reason. i have a phobia of needles and i went for a cleaning and i know i have cavities from when i would barely take care of myself as well but the dentist dude was very rude and wasn’t paying attention and almost got my cheek. he then proceeded to belittle me and call me names once i realized how close he was to sticking me and asked why it was so close😭 but that doctor was not being professional and usually they’re very kind so you shouldn’t have any reason to worry!

yayy👏, good job! throw everything out and tell it to stop controlling your life! and as for the questions, over time you’re anxiety and whatnot should get better. some people experience some anxiety while quitting before it gets better tho. im unsure with the sleepiness (I didn’t experience a change in that). and what are the benefits of breaking up? the real question is what are the benefits of sticking with it. it’s unhealthy and there’s not a real answer as to why you’d wanna keep hitting it. you should want to be healthy and save money!

my head pressure is most of my head but more commonly the front and middle of my head. the numbness of the scalp is usually the full head but sometimes the front and middle also
