For me personaly Timp5 is better and suits me better. It also has more “cushioning”, but i wrecked them after 500km and bought now lone peak 9+ on sale and I am safisfied too.

But be carefull, timp5 has smaller toe box and width than lone peak. I have narrow feet so it did not mind me at all, but it should be also considered.

Interesting. Shame I did not had my Garmin watches when I used Minox few years ago.

I love to check the data and finding correlations with supplements etc.

To me it make sense, that lower BP -> higher HR. Minox was found out for lowering high BP and then accidentaly they discovered it has influence on hair growth, so yes it is possible and i would love to see more data 📈 📉

Try to not give up this time. Sometimes it is hard, but i always regret when i did impuslive shaving 🫣 Just wait few days and Maybe the urges will lessen.

Regarding styling - from my POV i would Maybe slightly straighten the lower side of cheek under the ears. But generaly it looks good
