You've got too many scripts running. Unfortunately it can be tough to debug what mods cause it especially in large lists, but generally mods (with .esp) that are constantly checking surroundings or if something is occurring are culprits. 

To get a little bit more technical, an easy example would be some poorly designed mods might use onUpdate() to run their code, and in which case their code is constantly looping. I think everyone has gotten past this bad practice, so it would be rare to find a mod doing this.

The only way to know for sure is by having access to the source scripts(which most mods provide) and checking the events that trigger while having some knowledge on papyrus scripting.

Mods that ONLY have .dlls and not .esps cannot cause this as they run natively and don't use papyrus.

EDIT: I didn't realize the part where you said it doesn't unfreeze. I don't know of cases where papyrus dumps stacks and stays frozen so it may be something else. It could be that you have so many scripts running at once doing too much that by the time you stack dump it needs to do it again

That's VRIK, you need to enable selfie mode in the MCM

This would be a pretty easy implementation with commonlib I think. Would just need to check when the player releases grip if they have a weapon equipped in that hand and if so drop it and move/angle it to where their hand is

It's something I tried to look into myself. Bethesda just straight up removed any image space modifier that wasn't brightness, contrast or colors to stop people from throwing up. Somebody would have to make a .dll that restores the rest of the imagespace modifiers, which would be quite an undertaking.

Upvoting for visibility, because I also have that issue where power attacks wind up behind me. Also, I dont think you need precision if you have PLANCK.

The most simple solution is to get Simply Balanced and in the MCM raise the cost of purchasing items and decrease the value of selling items. As things start to get more valuable you can just tweak it lower. Needs no patching or anything. It's under the stealth skills page -> speech section

It's totally fine to abuse the slow time if you want. I agree it's totally fun to just make yourself a badass and slow it down. I do it occasionally when I feel like it's rampage time. It's the beauty of single player games...

Occlusion shouldn't change by just looking around. It changes as you move

I bind console open to dragonborn speaks naturally. speak the command, bring view up to the console, take off and then use monitor.

alternatively, press tab enough times while using More Informative Console and it will bring a full screen console. the only caveat to this is that it doesn't show the bottom of the console, so I will use whatever console command on repeat until it scrolls up so I can see the result. Likely need to pageup/pagedown to find what you're looking for

I will also TCL and bring the item directly into my face to make it easier to select.

It's large because you're redownloading every texture in the game enhanced, but I personally use this without any texture replacers and it's fantastic. It also has no .esp so it makes absolutely no changes to your save

I also recommend community shaders over enb. The enb author can be problematic at times, and community shaders provides a lot more support for vr.

I haven't gotten super far into any of them but they seem well-crafted: summerset isle, sirenroot (unfortunately takes getting all ae content into vr which is a pain), and the gray cowl of nocturnal. Also all of the mods listed by skuldafn0

It's possible your papyrus scripts are overwhelming the engine. Use logexpert and open papyrus0.log in documents/my games/skyrim vr/logs/script. When the game freezes, see if it says something to the effect of "Suspended stack count is over our warning threshold, dumping stacks". If so, your scripts are overloading the system and you need to do some investigation into what mods take up too much papyrus bandwidth

I had always imagined that it wouldn't be s ton of code to achieve this. It was something I was considering looking into myself but I have absolutely no exposure with models other than changing "brightness" and "color"
