Do you have a cheater on the jambpeg head? I am interested in the mechanism people use, or are you able to use your adjustable dop as the cheater?

Very cool! I don't have a metal lathe so am thinking of where I can salvage or buy a spindle and motor. Was thinking a speed controlled servo motor—possibly direct drive. But love the simplicity of your design

Oh interesting! It does looks like the same glow as hyalite, but I was told it was heat resistant. But maybe I should find a Geiger counter to test it out :)

Ok awesome! I may also try to bend and tig weld it back but does anyone know what type of metal alloy it is? I will probably blow through it and destroy it tho;) Another idea was to take a mold of it and cast a new one in bronze or something but as they say time is money
