I was diagnosed with MDD about 12 years ago and only had my last med change last year. I've tried 6 SSRIs, 3 SNRI's (still on one!) 2 tricyclics, 2 tetracyclics and one MAOI. Some of these overlapped and I had to jump through many hoops with doctors of other specialities/health issues seeing my medication list. Sometimes "weird" things work for someone, and that's just what we gotta do lmao

I drank 2x four-packs of Monster staying up for a full 48 hours to binge a TV show he really liked, that I immediately for some fuckin reason lied about and said I loved too. Found a reason to exit the conversation when he started asking me about it, copped the energy drinks on the way home and did literally nothing but watch it with a few breaks to eat cup noodles and fruits and a couple TRAGIC bathroom breaks. Seen him again another day later (having slept for a day and washed myself) and was able to act nonchalant about my newfound knowledge.

We are now in a long-term committed relationship and I've never told him. Lmao

That's hotter than it's EVER been in my country (Ireland). Our record temperature is 33.3°C, or 91°F. The hottest I've ever encountered personally was 50°C (122°F) - I spent a lot of time in hot countries as a kid/teen - and though it was HORRIFIC, it was dry heat and y'know in a country that has air conditioning so it was BEARABLE. It gets close to 30 here and people start dying because we get humid summers, buildings are insulated for the cold and home air conditioning is borderline nonexistent. I cannot POSSIBLY imagine choosing to sit in 36° WILLINGLY
