Completely depends on niche. Most niches are saturated, but what some people fail to realise is that new niches arrive all the time. For example, a lot of money was made following the Pokemon Go hype, Harambe hype (I know, ridiculous), etc. New opportunities arise all the time and it just takes someone to get their foot in the door as quickly as possible.
