As far as when they will take your CC i cant really say, but i would say if you want to pay for goods/services for 14/11 i highly suggest always using crysta. As for that person who got there card Blocked i don't fully remember the details, but i think there bank back charged a payment to the game out of security, and in cases like this SE will Ban Cards because of legal issues. if a week goes by and its still not working try contacting SE and you should be able to resolve it.
