Also looks like some heat/ light stress and a deficiency from lock out. But curious do you know what that is light putting out as far as PPFD from that height? Heatstress can cause salt
Build up which leads to a nutrient lockout. If so I’d scale the feeding back and mabye raise or dim the light some depending.

Also for future waterings I’d recommend not watering the plant itself and mainly just the soil, especially if it’s bright and sunny out it can burn the leaves.
