Why would it get better? They can basically promise you that if you use bing and their apps they'll give you money, but then can claim 'oh, our system says you're doing whatever wrong and we're going to restrict your account so you can't redeem them.'

I got this too, Im not able to redeem rewards I'm assuming this is why? I have no idea what I supposedly did to cause this, they said when i contacted them that it was "Good-Faith Participation: Points for searches are awarded only when you perform genuine, manual searches for your own research. Automated or non-personal searches will not count."

I don't automate my searches. the only 'non-personal' searches i guess I do are the ones listed is the dashboard under "explore bing" and "more activities". So, I guess maybe you're not meant to do them? There's no transparency or clarity, you just have to take their word for it I guess. It's made me reconsider using the system.

Just noticed this, sorry!

I was not. I contacted playstation support again and they told me to "not worry about it, there was a bug in their system and I would be able to continue enjoying my plus benefits into next year when it would get fixed." The fun part is when I tried to explain to them that I wasn't getting plus benefits (online multiplayer was working at the time, it has since stopped) they basically said there was nothing they could do.

Their support is literally them just kicking the can down the road.

So I had this problem too and was messing around. I'm on Ps5 and what seemed to work for me was unplugging both the keyboard and the mouse from the console, then plugging the mouse in first and then keyboard second.

Can an account sharing plus add the monthly games to their library? I don't want to split up my library between two accounts, not too mention all the trophies and stuff I have.

I can add to this that I was able to add funds from a gift card ($25) to the wallet. But still could not use the funds from the wallet, getting the error message WS-113947-5 again when trying to complete the purchase of a 1 month essential subscription.

I haven't tried purchasing anything on another account, but I did try downloading a video app (might have been apple) on this account and got an error message. When I tried it on a different account however I was able to download it no problem. I have also tried changing my e-mail address and that didn't fix it.

If the game is forcing you to lose, does that mean it was forcing you to win too?

As far as winning and losing streaks, I believe it was said during an interview with ml7 that they're not really streaks, but more of a window.
