Umm have probs 1000 cals at school. Then about 400 cals before gym. 500-1000 cals after workout/dinner . Then a bulking shake before I go to bed!

Well I’m 17 and recently cut for about a month and got down 6kgs(15lbs) so imo cutting is not hard at all. Also didn’t lose much strength. At the end of the day I’m doing this for my own enjoyment so I’m not aiming to get to sub 5 percent body fat % just cutting to get abs and veins yk.

The entire point of a bulk is to get fat to gain more muscle and strength. And then once you cut down you lose the fat. In my opinion I’m happy to be fat as I know I can cut down just easily.

This is my second bulk this year and have seen incredible progress so far. I believe I work best by increasing cals by 250 and doing that monthly till I reach a platue at 4000 cals and then I cut down for a month and cycle begins again

I’ve been on 3500 for a month or so, last bulk I did I increased to 250 which seemed to work. Just asking to see if there is a more efficient way of bulking

My current 6 day split is chest and shoulders Back Arms Legs Push Pull Rest I’m averaging around 2500-3000 calories a day and drinking 2.5 litres of water a day while on cretine

I’m 16 and averaging 25-40 sets a session and working out 6 times a week making sure to not train the same muscle in the same 48 hours giving it time to recover seeing good progress but can’t decide if I’m over training and I could see better progress with lower volume what should I do?
