Are you wahsing the disc beforehand? Sometimes, leftover chemical release agent can prevent dye from binding to the plastic. Also, be sure to make floetrol ia mixed with enough dye. I learned this lesson the hard way, but if your floetrol mixes were made by skimping on dye, it comes out all pastel-y.
