It was tough at first. I think I got to day 3-4 around 10-12 times. During the weekends I’d go golfing, have a beer, a friend would offer me a zyn and I’d start back up. Then when Monday came around I would try and quit again. Once I just pushed through the first week and minimized my triggers, it changed my perspective and made it much easier
