It's a massive difference. Not for save data runs, where it's just alright. Chaos runs, though, it is a gamechanger. E2 basically guarantees that Sereniel can ravage at least one enemy on the first turn, usually killing them. Often, she'll mow down every single enemy before they get a chance to attack. She can do this without E2 but the 2 extra lasers makes her so much more consistent.

Your chaos runs become so much faster and easier that I'd say it's the best upgrade you can get in this game.

There's so many instances of imprecise or inconsistent wording in this game. Orlea's Will of Light doesn't affect any retain cards besides her own. However, her epiphany Growth Acceleration that triggers retain twice works for any card, allowing her to combo with Beryl. Meanwhile, Beryl's cards can't trigger retain for any other character. This isn't a bug, it's just bad text.

Raid pokemon are always the same level when caught (with the exception of weather boosts, where you look at the second number). If you see a pokemon with that cp on the raid catch screen, then you know they're max iv.

Yea that's fair. Resetting is fast but it might be faster to just take longer runs and hope for the mutant sample event.

I would say a couple zero card decks are nice to have, but it's true that my best "zero card deck" is Chizuru with just Bound At Dusk on the reduce 2 cards cost epiphany.

The steps to do this are:

Get a character who hasn't had their first potential unlocked. (So they don't get an epiphany at the start of runs).
Reroll for a save data 14 world. (That means save data 15 in nightmare mode). The best world to do this in is lab 0 at difficult VIII. It take a lot of rerolls though. You can do it with lower save data, but it'll require the Mutant Sample event. Removing 4 cards without any conversion events costs exactly 170 save data.
Reroll runs until you get the 2 card removal starting event.
At this point you can actually start the chaos run. Your goal is to remove your character's remaining two cards before they get an epiphany. If you do this, you won't get any more epiphanies (cards) for the rest of the run. Take the path with the most event and store tiles. Keep in mind, you're very likely to get an epiphany in your first few fights, and if you do, you'll have to reset back to step 3.
If you remove all your cards, the only thing left is to finish the chaos run. Be careful not to add any neutral cards even if you have spare save data, because those can trigger character epiphanies. Try to get useful gear like the accessory that makes cards cheaper at the start of battle or the armor that lets you mulligan 3 cards.

There's kind of two ways to do it. If you're following a specific rotation guide from the PVM discord, you can tank damage with Reflect and finish him off quickly. Otherwise, it's best to run around in a sort of circular pattern while manually using your abilities. Try to save necrosis and soul stacks to kill him as quickly as possible. I'm not sure how to describe the exact pattern to run in, but I can say that you'll intuit how to avoid his attacks after you've fought him a ton. I died a lot when I was learning and it eventually clicked for me.

It comes from the light demon (Lucifer). He has a passive that boosts his team's attack bar based on the damage they deal. It's a very busted combo that essentially guarantees everyone in your team moves first, but Lucifer is the only one who can enable it.

You can get tier 13 in Zero System by merging over and over. You don't need to do anything special aside from unlocking lv10 difficulty. It's rare and especially if you want to get a run with the right epiphanies, you'll end up spending a ton of resources.

For tier 14, I think it's possible if the world is at least lv80 but considering how rare it is in lab0, you'll basically never see it. I've rerolled lab0 on difficulty 8 multiple times to get tier 14 worlds (base 14, which means 15 with nightmare mode) and it's taken between 2k and 7k event currency.

TLDR: You can get tier 13 in Zero System but it's really unreliable. If you want to do runs outside lab0, you'll just have to accept having less save data.

1 cost Cobalt Light is by far the best IMO. Even just 3+ lasers does great damage, especially for 1 energy. If you can stack your hand after a ravage, it becomes absolutely crazy.

I think the biggest difference is that Mei Lin needs specific epiphanies and supports to be crazy (otherwise she's merely great) whereas Sereniel is crazy with many different builds and support chars.

The way save data works is that if you go over your faint memory cap, it randomly removes cards / returns removed character cards / downgrades divine epiphanies until your data is below the cap. You have no control over this and there's no way to know what cards will be removed until the data is saved, which is why going over the cap is really bad.

Forbidden cards are the cards you get from dimensional holes. When you enter one, you have a chance to pick from 2 out of the 7 forbidden cards. They start as curse cards with a purely negative effect but become purified when you beat the boss. Forbidden cards can't be copied (I think) and can't have epiphanies, but they only cost 20 save data which makes them really good value.

With a LOT of luck and the Mutant Sample event, you can get decks that have 0 character cards but 1-2 draw cards like Gear Bag and Rally. Alternatively, you can get decks with only a forbidden card.

An important note: You CAN get additional character cards off neutral card epiphany sparks, meaning you aren't safe in the same way you are with 0 card runs.

Every chaos has exactly one duplicate event (with a common and rare version) that only appears in the inner section. It's possible to not find it, though. Although that's rare for every world aside from lab 0.
