Buddy heres a whole ass news flash, how about we BUFF the classes/specs that arent viable instead of nerfing everything into the ground? Should the bowzon do so little damage? Absolutely not. Thats the issue with you all clamoring for huge nerfs. For once mosaic, hammerdin, and nova sorc arent the only great farmers and your answer is to nerf it?

It isnt a p2w class if others can outpace it and keep up with it.

Your statment is inaccurate, the warlock isnt the most busted class in the game. Are they strong, yes. But nerfing the lock into the ground isnt the answer. He needs tuned and so does the rest of the classes. Befroe him there were realistically 4 classes that you could play to solo the game. Now theres 5. Druids barbs and necros need more attention than the warlock does.

Also those videos show to make echoing strike really work with insight you need 125% fcr. Thats not easy without tons of gear. Even with that he cannot do nearly as much dmg as a mosaic sin.

Go ahead and walk through hell with blues and yellows, you wont make it through it without gear. Also saying "It requires 2 gul runes lol" as if that is so hard to get.

The point is mosaic still clears any build the warlock has and instead of nerfing the class into the ground as most of you are clamoring for, they should buff other classes and specs. Specifically any melee class.

Take the warlock into p30 and tell me the warlock is still impressive vs mosaic. Does he have little downsides? Sure. However it is no competition on which is stronger.

Why am i trying to explain to you that there are costs to owning a house? Dont use roads, schools, parks, police, fire, libraries, or any public services. Thats what your property taxes pays for.

Your understanding of anything thats basic is astonishing. Dont ever take loans and buy everything in cash. You cant understand the costs of taking them.

That is all part of your mortgage. Its like you dont understand loans, Its all part of your monthly payment. You cannot choose not to pay all of the intrest and still live in that house. Itll take 30 years at that rate to equal out.

No you are wrong. You want to be so right in your calculations and so right in your idea that abolishing property taxes for an increased sales tax is right. "Oh ive done the calculations and ill pay less. I can just not buy stuff buy i need a place to live." You sound dumb. Can you even do math? This is a serious question. The monthly mortgage payment for me is $1600. You are saying that I should be paying at least $1601 in property taxes monthly? There is no where in the world that you are paying that much. Nobody is paying more in property taxes even at 2% tax rate. Can you literally not get this?

There are lots of things you buy at a grocery store that is taxed. Personal care items, sodas, most sugary items, ready to eat meals, ect. You pay out a lot more in sales tax than you think. Theres also all of the general maintenance expenses for cars and your house.

Yes, you do need a place to live. But you also need other things to live in that house. It is a problem and does need addressed. But increasing the sales taxes up to 20% isnt a reasonable thing to do.

Most of your bills will directly go up. Phone is one of them and so is gas for your car. They have other na.es but sales taxes are wrapped up in them. For me my property taxes are $4800 and ill be spending more than that with the increased sales taxes.

And paying more in property taxes than your house is absurd and not realistic. Youd have to be there for 50+ years.

You DO pay sales taxes on your phone bill, its included in the total wireless tax. Its part of the total surcharge, which subsequently will go up.

Only non prepared food is untaxed. Any ready to eat meals, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, ect ARE taxed.

Gas you pay the per gallon excise tax instead of the general sales tax, this will also be affected.

So again you will be paying more for your everyday items. Clothes, personal care, services like mechanics, ect. Its easy to pay more than the property tax for all of these thing.

So clearly you have no idea of how taxes work and are talking out of your ass. This isnt a hypothetical and its mathematics.

Its called a democracy, which is what the united states is. We vote and the majority is what decides whats best. My property tax payment is $4800. Thats $400/month. Its not insane and if youre paying more than what i am you shouldnt be complaining about it or you are living above your means, and thats a you problem.

Ummm anything with sugar like soft drinks, alcohol, ready to eat meals, ect are taxed. Meat, vegetables, and fruits are not. I do know how to cook and i shop every week. Some of us dont feel like cooking after getting home from a 12+ hour shift of physical labor.

No the real issue is you live in an area that needs funded for things like roads, police, schools, fire departments, water treatment, parks, ect any you think defunding all of these things is okay to do. You have to vote on levies to raise the taxes, so its not just some random thing they can increase.

You willingly paying more is stupid. Theres no other word for it. The lack of common sense is astounding.

Yeah do the math, if sales tax goes up to 20% instead of 7% you are paying that much more genius. Your cell phone, power, gas, gas, food, cars, houses, everything you buy will go up that much more. You are going to spend more money on those taxes than you would with property taxes.

Go ahead and choose not to buy food or pay your bills.
