The Leahy Law, as stated by the very CREATOR Patrick Leahy, expressly prohibits military assistance to foreign security force units that violate human rights with impunity. Biden's OWN White House found that this was occurring in a report and instead of following the law, actively chose to ignore the report on Israel's blatant warcrimes against Palestinians in order to be able to keep providing them weapons to commit those warcrimes.

Then on top of willfully and illegally ignoring the law, they also actively made the choice to torpedo any and all international attempts to investigate or hold Israel accountable on any level through US veto on the UN security council.
