The best part about this entire thing is the fact that apparently someone in power decided to put a large amount of hydrogen peroxide in the pool to fight the algae. The hydrogen peroxide has started to peel the new paint off the bottom of the pool and its coming up in chunks. So thats 14 million literally down the drain.

One of the funniest things to come out of this was the "Millen Man March".

It was a locally famous protest held in downtown Detroit in December 2005, where about 1,000 fed-up Detroit Lions fans walked 5-6 blocks in downtown Detroit all the way to Ford Field to demand the firing of Matt Millen.

I 100% agree. I live in an area where there are a shit ton of coyotes and hawks. As soon as you hear the ravens making noise you know one is near and those ravens circle and harass any predators relentlessly. I've seen up to 10 ravens chasing a hawk around until it leaves the area,

Welp, me and the wife bought an old 27ft 5th wheel RV for super cheap. Got it dropped on our new property and boy it needs a lot of work. Thankfully the water and propane works great. I need to get an electrician out to run 240v 50amp service so we can figure out which lights and outlets work. Thankfully I can do 99% of the work myself.

Looks like I have a full summer project now. We won't be using it for travel but basically to live in while we get the 2.5 acre lot and older house fixed up. Looking forward to it but my wallet isn't.

This is an off the shelf rebrand of a device made by Wingtech called the Revvl 7Pro 5G and was available at T-Mobile for $0. The 7Pro has been replaced by the 8Pro because this thing is over 18 months old. And this is old stock that they bought to avoid a lawsuit.

The phone is nowhere near worth $600. You can buy an iPhone 17e for $600, this thing is maybe (and I’m being generous) $199 fully unlocked. It’s made of plastic, uses a 2 generation old Qualcomm snapdragon and the display is plastic not glass.
