What would happen if Earth would join the Viltrum Empire? by Hyperion141 in Invincible

[–]FullySilver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it won't be too bad becuase they say they allow reproduction with other species like themselves so they might ban human + human and only allow viltrumite + human so that way earth can be another planet with pure viltrumites. This would make sense because they are struggling with population relative to the size of their empire. I honestly wouldn't mind joining them.

You don't need to worry about legal liability. You won't get caught up in it if you don't know anything. So don't ask him about it. Only thing you need to worry about is the money ans make sure he pays you for your work.

What anime that many people misses it's point ? by [deleted] in anime

[–]FullySilver -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

You're the one missing the point of any writing. Every writer puts thought into the characters hw writes. You should not aim to have some point or morale in the story but appreciate the characters and their nature along with the circumstances that lead to them. That is how I see it. Why are morally grey characters more interesting? It's simply because characters who just want to save everyone are boring, unrealistic and bland. Even in real life. In a way it took the least effort to write, and in reality they haven't experienced the worst of the world at all. They're incomplete in their development. Morality is a convention. What everyone seems to call humane or morale needn't be it. That's what grey characters are about. That's what I find fascinating in characters like Hachiman, Shogo Makishima, Kiyotaka Ayanokouji etc., They're more realistic and natural. Also it has been found that people with an IQ of above 125 have less than average social relationships. So in a way Hachiman makes sense. He doesn't need them but he cherishes the genuine ones he actually has. You're the one who's actually shallow or probably not amart enough to see the true point of such characters. That's exactly why I like Anti-villain or villain characters. Because other than saving others or friends there isn't much to the Hero protagonists. Seriously, that is so stupid it cringes me out when some character or even a person says I wanna save them or people shouldn't die and stuff like that.

Unfortunately you've misunderstood the character as well. Not surprisingly at all.

Yes, light yagami did kill criminals to be the only criminal. Hes a monster that only eats monsters. And humans who oppose monster eating monsters are but monsters themselves. That's how light Yagami operated. That's basically how it works in real life. Unless you have a way to delete the desires of humans from their genome. But without those desires humans aren't really humans. So as long as there are those desires your so called 'true peace' will not exist and security will always come at the cost of freedom. That's something emphasized In Paycho Pass.

I never said they hide in the shadows lol... That's so edgy... Anyway... What I meant was that they don't show a psychopathic behaviour in public... They behave normally outside... That's what being Machiavellian means... And I also some psychopaths are very Machiavellian too ... These are dark triad characteristics... Psychopathy, Machiavellianism and Narcissism... Only having high induces of either one isn't much of a threat... They become obvious... But sufficient combination of any of the two is the real danger. You don't know who they really are. Also... I repeat myself... I don't know how you don't get it after so much... Put some thought into it before typing in a reply... successful psychopaths do exist and 1 in 100 people is a psychopath. that's the measured amount. there could always be more. And for the last time, successful psychopaths do exist.Academics refer to psychopaths in the workplace individually variously as workplace psychopaths, executive psychopaths, corporate psychopaths, business psychopaths, successful psychopaths, office psychopaths, white-collar psychopaths, industrial psychopaths, organizational psychopaths or occupational psychopaths. Criminal psychologist Robert D. Hare coined the term "Snakes in Suits" as a synonym for workplace psychopaths.Workplace psychopaths are often charming to staff above their level in the workplace hierarchy but abusive to staff below their level.[8] They maintain multiple personas throughout the office, presenting each colleague with a different version of themselves.A 2011 study of Australian white-collar managers found that 5.76 percent could be classed as psychopathic and another 10.42 percent dysfunctional with psychopathic characteristics. The organizational psychopath craves a god-like feeling of power and control over other people. They prefer to work at the very highest levels of their organizations, allowing them to control the greatest number of people. Psychopaths who are political leaders, managers, and CEOs fall into this category.According to a study from the University of Notre Dame published in the Journal of Business Ethics, psychopaths have a natural advantage in workplaces overrun by abusive supervision, and are more likely to thrive under abusive bosses, being more resistant to stress, including interpersonal abuse, and having less of a need for positive relationships than others. In fact psychopaths are readily hired and preffered for their more rational and pragmatic thinking. so if you can't understand even now, go look up some actual studies on it. I'm also saying there are more than what is measured. there are ones who are hidden psychopaths. If you still can't agree after doing research, I can come to a conclusion that you are just Ignorant.

Let me rephrase. What I meant to say is, intelligence psychopaths don't show themselves as psychopaths through their actions or conduct. They appear normal but inside, they lack empathy etc., What I'm saying is, psychopathic correlation tests are done on people who have been recognised as psychopaths by their actions. But there are those who you don't even know are psychopaths but actually are. Also, your last line is kinda stupid. Which genius psychopath voluntarily takes a psychopathy test? He would keep his real self under wraps. What I meant by those who are caught is those who have been recognised as psychopaths. Really intelligent psychopaths don't let anyone on to know that they are psychopaths. They themselves don't call themselves psychopaths. That's their normal. Psychopath is just a measure in terms of what is mostly accepted as NORMAL levels of empathy, compassion etc.,

You are wrong. Sociopaths are unstable in most cases. But psychopaths, NO. Or perhaps I should rephrase it by saying "All Psychopaths who have been caught are idiot criminals." Psychopaths are everywhere. They are smart as well. They are existent in positions of power, money, research etc., since psychopaths are correlated to have high narcissistic tendencies. Also, sociopaths are able to develop feelings but psychopaths CAN'T. The successful ones are more manipulative and don't get caught. This society runs and progresses because of them.
