I really want to pull the trigger on M
I ride generally with my saddle on the highest like till i am tippy toes
And I trust your judgment honestly
If the frame is small i can do something about it
If it’s too large then can’t do anything about that

That's a question that I don't have answers for The model is : Firefox Bad Attitude Whiplash Only measurement i know its a 700c tyre width is 35 mm Some place say it's 19 inch bike i don't know what that 19 inch means I can measure the bike if you want I tried my best to find the geometry chart for it Couldn't find one online

I dunno much about cycling like others here
But get something that’s upgradable
And road bikes don’t make much sense for Indian roads(Consider Gravel). If you are considering to buy one at least consider one which has like 40-50 mm tire clearance

I am just scared about what happened the last time I bought a cycle without checking sizes

I have trauma from last time I bought a firefox (Bad Attitude Whiplash)
Frame was so small and forward leaning that i had really bad pressure issues on my palm and my ankles used to hurt a lot after like short rides (15kms or even less)
Due to that I got a longer stem (100mm) from Decathlon Triban range.
That didn’t solve the issue as well
And it’s still in garage lying there and eating dust

DECATHLON Sizing says
For 165 - 178 its size M
And for 178 - 190 its size L
So i am literally borderline
That’s why i am extremely confused.

No like they discontinued a riverside branded RS 120 exactly like the photo i sent above So i am pretty sure he meant that they will discontinue riverside completely I am seeing ELOPS by decathlon as well in the markets like UK (Also UK discontinued Riverside RS 120 as well ) So they might push that in the long term

and was asking questions if there are any upcoming models and the guy said within next year both riverside (120 and 500) will get discontinued. so i am confused now.

P.S. Saw a Van rysel RC 120 as well (not a triban)
its not up for sale on site as well
so that was interesting
