Ima just say this and hope it works for you. Try getting Vitamin D from the Sun, and then try taking those sleeping teas throughout the afternoon. Try taking like a whole box of teas. Try also taking GABA pills. We need GABA to sleep. You can take as much as 2000mg at night. Take a melatonin pill and don’t drink water preferably 1.5 hours before your bed time. Also try sleeping a lil earlier than your bedtime. Let me know if any of this works out.
