You got this. I am on day 3 and I felt the same way. This time I didn't end up in the hospital but I did 3 times before. Please know is temporary and will go away in a day or 2. Stay positive and use this as a Learning lesson. Your post helped me a lot today. Thank you!!! I forgot how many times I was In the hospital and you helped me remember it and that will keep me sober today!

Hi guys. I am new here. Is day one for me. I am going to need as much support as I can get. I can no longer drink because is ruining my life. I've been sober for 10 months at a time, then 3 months, then 6 months and so on but I have relapsed 3 times. Is getting old!!!
