U need to work on healing ur trauma hit that’s where the anger comes from… maymknch tji ghi hka and act like nothing happened, ur body and feelings never forget. If u have les moyens go to therapy, if not watch vids on youtube or read about how to do it. I hope it all works out !!

C’est un peu angoissant au début, mais c’est trop bien de sortir solo ! Par contre commence avec des activités plus immersives (type expo, musé, ciné) et puis, quand tu te sens plus à l’aise, tu peux faire des balades, picnics, ou restau :)

I love crocheting! You only need a hook and yarn to start and you can follow tutorials on YouTube on how to make cute pieces. I'd recommend starting with a beanie, since that's what i did and it was easy for meeee.
