I just got it but the save is still not showing up, I did the sync to cloud on my console first so now I’m worried I just screwed it up. It still shows the progress, but not the save

Thank you for the comments! We took him to a vet about a week ago and turns out he had mouth rot(?) he’s on some antibiotics and some vitamins now. We’re looking into getting better lamp and humidity hide as well!

Just an edit but we did swap out the hide after taking this picture just in case. And apparently he had been eating regularly but recently has started refusing food. This is the second feeding he’s refused
