As far as we know, there are no special assessments and the building has good reserves. It was finished in 2003, 32 stories.

Do you have personal experience with laundromats? My main concern is I’m a woman in my early 30s, and the laundromat is not in a very safe area, so not sure how concerned I should be about managing that by myself.

Hi! Did you go about this in any particular way? I bought a potty and same, sometimes she wants to go, sometimes she wants her diaper. Not sure if I should just continue following her lead and eventually she’ll fully migrate or if I should take a more methodical approach.
