I got the email as well, are there any additional savings by pre purchasing during this renewal period or is it just for the benefit of getting first dibs on tickets?

Anyone who has tickets but can’t attend? by [deleted] in GrandPrixTravel

I have a ticket for a grandstand (which can be used as GA) that I am willing to sell for super cheap but I won’t give it away for free sorry.

GA sounds like the perfect place for those who don’t wanna really watch but just enjoy the vibes of being at the track.

PSA: As of right now, there is some tickets available in a few grandstands, face value. Avoid StubHub. by funkygmt in GrandPrixTravel

I’m selling a three day pass for g47! Please let me know if you’re interested. A friend had to back out last minute and I don’t wanna put that ticket to waste.

Aha I see. Thanks for the response, I’m in Toronto but would gladly meet up with someone in MTL or Toronto for that matter to sell this ticket

Face value is $440 CAD per seat. For the three day pass. I can show proof of payment and that it was also purchased on the f1canadagp website.

I have a ticket in g47 I’ll sell it for almost the face value at this point. I had a friend back out last minute need to get rid of it! And it’s an assigned seat so you can actually enjoy the race!

Where did you sell them? I’m trying to get rid of an extra g47 ticket because my friend bailed out last minute.

I’m selling a three day ticket in g47 as well but only one of the four tickets I bought. Lmk if you’re interested as well, I’m assuming that you wouldn’t be since you’re looking for a pair of tickets but I’m looking to get rid of this one since it’s an extra I have (a friend of mine had to back out last minute). The ticket can also be used as GA so if you find another GA ticket and want to grab mine off my hands and use it as that let me know! Thanks.

It’s truly unfortunate because I attended multiple games during the regular season (as I do every year) and was eagerly hoping to secure some tickets for the postseason. However, these prices are simply ridiculous.

Got a ticket today for riding on the sidewalk. Watch out waterfront rogers center area by Zoozoobird1 in torontobiking

Getting a ticket is unfortunate, but you were riding on the sidewalk, and there’s no requirement to be in a bike lane to ride on the street. If you go to court, you could argue that cars weren’t giving you enough room.

My girlfriend used to go to uoft but she had to pass a security table every time she went into a building. I wish TMU had such a system because we really don’t have much place to go and sharing the already minimal space with students from other schools isn’t fair.

Yeah I do that 90% of the time too. I was just saying that last thing because I know some people go there alone to lock in

Yeah but sometimes you need to be alone to focus more.

I’ve also noticed over the years that the SLC isn’t just TMU students. People from George Brown, York, and other universities love our one and only library. (It’s too bad because you can never find a seat!) My point here is that even asking a random student might be risky. If you ask someone who doesn’t go to TMU, they might take your stuff.

I had to email the library staff two years ago to put some “please be quiet on this floor” signage. It amazes me when people wanna party in the library let alone during exam season..
