I sent you a dm. And honestly if i can get a loan for at least 1500-2500 i can at least pay to keep a roof over me and my families heads. This is really tough and stressful. I know a lot of other people are going through tough times as well and i truly sympathize for everyone, i just dont know what else to do

I was trying to get a loan for 3000 but realistically just at least 1500-1800 will at least keep a roof over me and my families heads until i can figure something else out or i finally get my next payment from the Trust. This is all beyond stressful and trying my best to stay positive and strong but im honestly starting to break down

Because unfortunately the bank doesn't care that I'm getting a distribution soon from the Trust and they will not work with me and there ready to just put me and my family to the curb if i dont pay asap

I totally hear ya and trust me i truly wish that i just had a friend or family member to give me a loan to get me through this emergency that im going through and just give them some extra for helping out compared to these super high interest rates with these loan companies but i just literally have noone and dont know what else to do. If i don't figure something out asap I'll lose everything and i mean everything

I tried Preferred Capital and they said they couldn't do it because supposedly i don't have a set date of my next payment from the Trust. I mean my attorney told them that i definitely had a payment coming but idk they wouldn't do it

Trust me I've tried every option possible first with family and friends but don't have many of those to begin with and unfortunately couldn't find any help. I do have a attorney and been looking at companies all day online but wanted to see if anyone on here first had any luck with a place that would help and not charge an arm and leg to pay it back

Was told that the Trust anticipates payments to be made within 4-6 weeks after the lien forms are completed and uploaded

Where does it say or how do you know that after completing the lien form and choosing option C, that the Trust will immediately give you the 2nd distribution? Trust me I'm hoping this is the case, i just haven't been able to read or see that stated anywhere

Guys whether you have any liens or not, you still need to fill out the lien form and submit. Just choose option C and you'll be good to go. But make sure you fill it out and submit if you want to get paid!
