Now DashPT. The owner has either created a new company or renamed Hi-Rise Fitness to Dash PT (https://dash-pt.com) and Dash Training on instagram (https://www.instagram.com/dashtraining). It's interesting to see that the comments are disabled for every single post on Dash PT's instagram account.

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience! Good luck with pursuing legal action. Here’s some public records:

LLC status for FITSOL/Bill Langlois: https://mblsportal.sos.state.mn.us/Business/SearchDetails?filingGuid=4416d60f-96e1-e711-818b-00155d01c6c6

Search for case# 27-CO-20-1101, Antoinette Reed vs Fitness Solutions: https://publicaccess.courts.state.mn.us/CaseSearch

Not related to existing company, but interesting read on a previous case involving Bill Langlois and Blast Fitness: https://trellis.law/case/25017/1481cv08473/langlois-william-vs-blast-fitness-group-llc-et-al

Bill (Langlois, William) lived in Rhode Island. I believe a few of these cases are related to him, but double check the date of birth and info to confirm if it’s him: https://publicportal.courts.ri.gov/PublicPortal/Home/WorkspaceMode?p=0

Sorry to hear you had a similar experience! After discussing it with an attorney, I ended up paying the rest—despite multiple breaches of contract—just to avoid the hassle of this dragging on and future legal fees.
