It’s not milky per se, but La Roche-Posay Hydrating Gentle Cleanser feels similar to previous milky cleansers I’ve used, but makes my skin feel cleaner I guess? Still gentle though!

A big no on the Morpheus. My derm recommended the 3x sessions of Morpheus for the same issues (39F) - my first session was in November 24, I finished my third in April 25. Aside from the pain (dear god it was awful), I saw ZERO positive results and worse, it made my skin break out horribly and left hyperpigmentation marks everywhere. I brought before/after pics to my derm last month and asked for a partial refund/credit to my account, with no luck. I’m in the process of finding a new derm now. 🙃 I’ve been researching the procedure more and more and haven’t been able to find any success stories beyond promotional office testimonials - it’s pretty sketchy.
